5Winnings Withdrawal

Jclub99 members may withdraw their winnings balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account held in the member's own name – jclub99 does not allow withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Any active bonus that has not met its rollover requirement will block full withdrawal until that requirement is fulfilled or the bonus is cancelled.

7Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on jclub99 – including bets on Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton, cricket, and e-sports – are subject to the following general betting rules:

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the jclub99 system are final and cannot be cancelled by the member, except under specific circumstances outlined in the relevant Sports Betting rules.
